Collins’ alleged child molestation recording may impact divorce

A leaked audio tape alleging to be Stephen Collins’ confession of sexual misconduct with underage girls could influence the outcome of a forthcoming divorce trial between him and his estranged wife, Faye Grant, an online report by CBS News stated on October 9.

Collins’ legal counsel blamed Grant for releasing the video to the media, claiming that she has been attempting to use the audio tape to extort more money from his client. The attorney alleged that Grant is pushing to receive more money than she would be entitled to in the asset division portion of the couple’s divorce.

Grant dismissed the accusation, saying that she handed the recording over to the police in 2012 per their request.

The divorce trial will start on November 12.

Divorcing couple Amber and Wiz to battle over custody

A report by the Mail Online on September 27 revealed Amber Rose is requesting full custody over her 19-month-old son Sebastian in the divorce papers filed against her rapper-husband Wiz Khalifa.

The rapper responded to the request by asking the court to grant him joint custody rights to their child. Amber reportedly filed for dissolution of marriage a day after she found her husband cheating with another woman at his home. Wiz, meanwhile, said he never cheated because he told his wife that their relationship was over weeks before she filed for divorce.

The 30-year-old model may receive more than a million dollar from the prenuptial agreement signed by the couple before they got married. In their prenup, Amber is entitled to $1 million and a monthly allowance of $5,000 from Wiz should they split.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver to finalize their divorce

Terminator star and former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and television journalist Maria Shriver are in the last stages of finalizing their divorce, a source told Mail Online on Wednesday, September 17.

In July 2011, Shriver filed for divorce after finding out about Schwarzenegger’s affair with one of their household employees. The process is expected to be fully complete by December. The source said that although the road to reach an agreement over the division of their $400 million fortune “has been a long legal process,” the two managed to iron out their differences and come up with an amicable settlement.

The couple tied the knot in 1986 in Hyannis, Massachusetts. 25 years into their marriage, the Hollywood actor publicly admitted fathering a son with a member of their staff.

McPhee and Cokas divorcing after a year of separation

American Idol season 5 finalist Katharine McPhee formally ended her six years of marriage with stage producer Nick Cokas, the Daily Mail reported on Thursday, May 22.

After living separately from her 49-year-old husband since last year, McPhee decided to file for a divorce. A publicist of the American singer-songwriter said the two are in good terms, and they request that the public respect their privacy during this time.

McPhee was caught kissing Mary McCormack’s husband, director Michael Morris, last October. The documents detailing McPhee’s separation cleared her name for those who thought she cheated on Cokas, although Morris was not innocent in this regard.
