One of the accused Kauffman County murderers, Kim-Lene, recently refiled for divorce from former Kaufman County Justice of the Peace Eric Williams, naming her sister-in-law as a defendant.

Both Kim-Lene and Williams were detained on capital murder charges for the death of assistant Kaufman County District Attorney Mark Hasse, who was killed in January of this year, and the March 30th murders of District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife, Cynthia. The trial for these cases has yet to start and the couple is pending punishment or acquittal.

In her latest filing, Kim-Lene wrote that she and Eric have been married in 1996 but “ceased to live together as husband and wife on or about April 12, 2013.” Her new testimony included the addition of Eric’s sister, Tera Bellemare, as Kim-Lene claims Bellemare is using Williams’ property and is continuing to convert said property on a monthly basis.
